Article 1 – Turkey’participation in the International Convention for the protection of new varieties
dated December 2nd,1961,which was revised at Geneva on November 10th, 1972, October 23rd, 1978 and March 19th, 1991 has been approved.

ARTICLE 2 - This law enters in to force at the date of publication.

ARTICLE 3 – The provisions of this law are executed by the Council of Ministers.
